ConnectiCare and Yoga In Our City launched its free wellness program’s virtual class schedule open to people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill-levels. It will run through May 2021 when the regular Yoga In Our City outdoor season begins. Yoga In Our City offers free, outdoor yoga classes at parks in Bridgeport, Hartford, New Haven, and Waterbury during the summer.
